There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to planning. Therefore we offer a flexible range of services to suit your requirements, from planning appraisals to applications and appeals.

Our established relationships with local authority planners and wealth of experience has earned us an outstanding reputation for success within the private and public sector.

Planning pre-application discussions give you the face to face time needed to negotiate the more complex elements of your development proposal. We provide an initial proposal appraisal and guide the approach taken in presenting this to the local authority. By building relationships with key stakeholders, we progress your planning proposal towards the application stage.

We manage the entire planning process, from preparation and submission of the application to
determination. Following submission, we maintain contact with the local authority planners and key
stakeholders on your behalf, to ensure any issues are quickly identified and resolved, and your
application progresses smoothly.

Once your planning permission has been granted we offer a range of services to support the implementation of your scheme. These include the discharge of planning conditions, obligations and submission of applications for any minor material and non-material amendments to consented schemes or variations to Section 106 legal agreements.

Other Services

Not every initial application has a positive outcome. If your planning application is refused, we advise on the process to handle planning appeals to help your case. Our team has the expertise to act as planning representation and witness at public inquiries or on legal cases.

We advised on a planning appeal to restore and conserve the surviving character and distinctiveness of a listed building. By using contemporary architecture in Islington, London,  the proposed scheme seeks to demolish and reconstruct the third floor mansard. The aim is to be to erect a new fourth floor and roof terrace. The proposal exhibits a high-quality contemporary design, skilfully woven into the historic fabric of the Listed Building to respect the rhythm, scale, proportions and eclectic character of St John Street. The hearing for the proposal is scheduled for March 2018.

We advised a not-for-profit charitable organisation, Housing Pathways Trust, on a sheltered social housing scheme in Ealing, London. The aim was to maximise the development potential of the site, which contained low-rise alms houses.

The planning scheme seeks to re-provide accommodation for existing residents, provide additional sheltered housing, market housing and involves up to 135 units. The scheme also aims to provide indoor and outdoor space to cultivate social activity. This will help to promote health and well-being for residents.  Wildstone Planning is working with a multi-disciplinary design and a consultant team.
